Therefore RI and NI check protocols won't be crashing.. Then set up the taxation in NI as in a trade zone. All goods only can make a stopover in NI for a limited time with purpose of not to be consumed in NI will be free taxed. If not, then these goods will be taxed as normal consumption in NI.
