@tonyromano6220 no, Russia debt to GDP ratio was 15%.. that's quite impressive record. And massive intake of gold reserve.

@eQuariuz debts and this time wasn't like the first sanction back in 2014. They have learned the drills.. so when the ruble tanked they seemed to have prepped for the next step.. set up a gold backed currency and guess what.. that also worked in few months.. Putin had waited 8 years to do his homework - never gets too dependent on US dollar. That's pretty awful long time you know.
