  1.  @SilverLake401 you got an interesting point but i think that's a culture clash most of Japanese colleagues that i had known also left USA due to similar reasons. The East and West aren't supposed to be a One template as a convenient tool. That's the fascinating part of diversity- homogeneous or semi or multi cultures. Not just according to one's convenience factors. Diversity is about getting to the mid point of the inconvenience part. Not just skin color tolerance because that's the easy part.The East in general isn't as liberal but more closer to Conservative West / Europe. Japan long work hour has been a background of a declining empire that is going on in US and Europe now. The Elites appear to be holding down the masses and letting the sentiments decline for fesrs of depleting wealth The fact is their fortunes had already declined pre Covid.
