I dont mind the main emgeeni and architect would be local Chinese since they would utilize China built in equipment and infrastructure and you all forgot thats how the Chinese can deliver a speedy project because they got almost resources tied which means anything that could get stalled and very possible they will take the risks on it. 6% is the normal rate should be if average inflation is 2-3%.
