I dont get the iPhone analogy but the bonds market literally are becoming extremely illiquid due to the lack of liquidity.. the reason you saw equities have been tanking as long as the chaos in bonds go on.   29. Not really. The speed of inflation isn't possible to be compared as direct correlation between now vs 50 years ago. China did not exist meaning much less demand. Less demand means less money supply which means higher sensitivity to inflation.

The credits financed to acquire those properties have decreased in nominal values and become less worthy than the amount printed on papers.
