  1. Yes. Chinas banks cirrently exposed to real estate projects were said to remain a low 6 to 7% of GDP.. The problem is in the crunched banking first before got spilled in to crunched buyers / debt ridden homeowners. Weakening banks are always troublesome to the economy.
