  1. Claim reimbursements have been huge problems. I think they should get paid in proportion how much the backlog has bern seriously cleared on the backend. Or incentivize bookings with deposits for urgent matters.

  2.  @nothingtosee7718  come on.. they're junior doctors. The booking system also nerds to be temporarily outsourced to private sectors / junior doctors, maybe for non urgency bookings, backed with some performance typed metrics. So they're geared towards getting the bookings cleared on time.
