  2. All recent home buyers had unconsciously engaged in acquiring subprime mortgages backed assets - highly inflated assets pricing financed with too low of lending rates. When rates are inching up the actual home value will have to decrease. That's why Zillow has tried hard to drop all suborime priced home inventories.
