He's wrong. Basically BOJ chose low growth and low inflation / stable price. Good call as the country got so many prospects to compete more with rest of Asia.

@generemotebookkeeping6813 Germany will do what she needs to do.. honestly do u still think that Opec will ever let Nato / Biden to destabilize global oil cartel? Nato is just a matter of membership joining and leaving a club. A cartel is like a lifetime shared business!
