Basically the state can't afford the rapidly aging society which is why I have said for retirees whose age surpassed 1 5 longer than national average age in men and women should pay a higher tax aka reduce the amount of withdrawals. If one got a standard age to start a retirement then extra longer retirement is going to cost more in order for the pension system to sustain the defined benefits.
