  1. I believe every race got a talent niche to hone further based on each group natural traits. Never seen why Hispanic should be affirmed in the same group with Black by using a narrow angle such as socio.economic Focusing on just a race as a decisive factor was the error the Supreme Court got concern with. This man angle is demanding a generational apology to be affirmed in every decision to be considered as fairness. How backward looking he keeps locking back towards Colonialism era as a historical mistake instead of economical strategic milestone that allowed America as powerful as today's America. No need to apologize and get dragged in by one race generational guilt. Black needs to chil and grow a forward looking mentality. Every race including white had a dark chapter and each race collectively took a faithful leap to make peace without forever reaffirming a national Apology.. That is the major flaw with CRT being used as extra scores in innovative leadership capacity. A backward looking apology that only Black race still got stuck while other races did not. Good job of the judges for highlighting an unconstitutional error.
