@jesuschrist8 not really. The risk was pertaining to last debt ceiling debate and near term shutdown. Not about the ability to print but more like 3rd world kangaroo politics.

@jesuschrist8 if you're a supplier of Walmart, saw the constant brutal media attacks nonstop over the past executive and current CEO, you would want other big stores as a back-up without the excess of kangaroo politics and mounting debts. Even the Germans have been too civilized despite a huge party swing in recent poll. Despite the energy crises that battered their GDP contraction for 3 periods. their politicians do not act like Kangaroos Mafias who are targetting a Citizen who happens to be a prior standing opponent. Very bad, embarrassing and nerve wrecking with what is really going on.
