I can assure Gen X was the last one bought Italian made brands one fifth of today's prices... Their brands spending just got wasted on projects that didn't retain Long Term Customer Values... Such as loyalty that most hotel brands nurture for lifelong repeat purchases.. Accor I think is the most advanced in terms of understanding LTCV..

@venus_envy I would say they're the most brainwashed generation out of social media from a very young age. So psychologically they watched too many things not supposed to be on their radars.. Gen X was the last one with a normal upbringing and minimal exposure of Internet trolling due to pricey and slow internet accesss. They saw none beyond their own neighborhood backyard. Today if one just signed up on FB the first thing to see was a child and adult hands in questionable positions.. That's how morally bankrupt the media world we are living in today. The younger the more likely they are unknowingly abused and enslaved to the highest bidders.
