Not the way i.see it sorry maybe it's just me. I will avoid getting involved in RE market like Dan said. I'd rather rent just like pre and post 2008 timeline. It took several years until the sub-prime market was cleared and home inventory was considered healthy to find as worthy investment and a fair mortgage lending. Until then like Dan said, the inflationary environment is getting too convoluted and more risky to gamble a sizable capital

@filby3213 no buyers are going to sign to the tee it will take years.. that was my experience.. the Algo was falsely elevated for certain interests even Zillow does not want to keep those inventories they bought in 2020 2021 since now the rate is trending up..
