  1. Yess too often cases of misjudgment. I still think she pinned for a wrong unfit position. This judge role isn't just about complying but more importantly applying the most relevant legal framework in every case. Thats why a lawyer needs a high mileage to sharpen this skills during very turbulent time / dispute like a pilot is maneuvering a plane in midst of huge storm.. you either get it or you dont.. after a while she shoud be able to figure that out
