  2. Did she forget that in centralized Socialist Gov like in China, this framework related to Gov role expansion has caused so much corruption? Because every private business will stand no chance to make profit without Gov grant a mercy access and favor? She sounds like a relic professor. Her view is so backward from modern banking system i would demand entire tuition refund if i signed up in her class.
