  1. Basically workers productivity is estimated to be more competitive in the US. Esp if Canada's labor is still tight. The same in Germany. Labor shortages cannot be replaced thru economic migration.. so yes, tariff could help solve some of the problems. Ease up the liquidity that causes the overheated economy.
