  1. Wrong. Yellen on Treasury side has a long view on fiscal but Jay Powell no. Fiscal policies aren't directly tied to macro elements bn of price and job stability and their underlying assets. Fed can work in tandem with Yellen like with Manchin during Trumponomy.
