  2.  @andrewclark8630  depending on the negotiation now as 27 members will face stagnation. Free trades are about repackaging overall trade access in few sectors that makes the ecosystem more accessible with less or none of taxes barriers, most importantly the protected quota allowed and selected companies to take the leads. Government would initiate the MOU and to be more effective they should be working hand in hands with these rep experts. Otherwise the overall deals could risk tp end up to be misguided
