@rachelm1816 Yes that's still a clarity. There is no sense of absolute in describing public health vs mortality rate. The problems with policy makers and Scientists. All kind of and less mandates become less effective to an extent because of excessive absolute degree placed in public health condition. Real vaccine would bring more absolute certainty in antibodies but not a newly rolled out mRNA vaccine. "Could" be a wrong strategy applied in 2020.
