  1. Because financial services in UK is still settled in Euro. Super weak Euro has been dragging down Sterling post Brexit. Because the EU law removal is not yet complete until 2024

  2.  @DylRicho of caurse euro is always lower but as coined by Farage. the problem is w Germany.. not Italy but no one including MSM really can say it.. brexit isn't complete when UK settlement is still done in Euro. Plus 5 times BOE rate hikes.( ECB is about to hike for the first time in Sept.) That's why inflation is highest in UK hands down due to above pressures
