  2.  @keithcanfield3251  exactly, that's why I said not always the case. The rest of elements you mentioned are abs qualifiers in improved standard of living. With massive uncertainty in Fed ability to tackle the high inflation I'd even dare to say that home ownership would be one of the worst gotcha / blunders. Don't just listen blindly to MSM.
