Basically the more China is allowed to use non dollar transactions, their Yuan currency is no longer under dollar conviction thus that event would cause riskier imbalance due to China's slowly recovered domestic consumption and property values. Sadly they don't care and we have to reverse the imbalance ourselves rather than relying on angry politicians
