  1. Yes you can but 15 trillions were already spent for temporarily bloating the stocks. So in hindsight Fed had given you a year of allowance where the money has gone? Did you get them invested wisely or speculatively? Has it doubled? Just an honest introspection you aren't supposed to double dipping- get benefitted in Capitalist but still demanding taxpayer funded Socialism child benefits!! That's what's wrong with your thinking process.. stick on one way and carry on as you should be! Stop using European healthcare as nagging subject.
