  1. Not really. Hes just a CEO pitching a product. Hybrid system only works in smaller teams that happen to cover worldwide tinezone . Example in customer service.. beyond that purpose it means a hint of unstable work arrangements / progression / collaboration. A company does not require any of these aspects to thrive on the competition. Maybe zero competitor which is unlikely. Of course you can buy his pitch on work life balance
