  3. Correct. Esp when Intel was spending the "In inflation Reduction" Act in China startups. Hindering to create the manufacturing jobs HERE. Trump policies would incentivize the job creators first. Too bad China seems to resent Trump's tariff offsets and then Biden doubled down the tariff scheme
