  2.  @st_eunice8818  because these institutions aka pension funds started weeding out losing battled stocks mate.. if they looked at balance sheet valuation and latest growth projections in this 0.5% - 2.50% annual rate.. it is a very easy process to put scores.. plus aapl is buying back massively for same concerns.. as defense move. But not tsla as example despite decent growth story
