Why she still plays the dumb game .. she can help pushing for China security and privacy policies so businesses would become aware of level playing fields.. but only brand it unpredictability wouldnt make any sense.. many smb have had the same unpredictability issues and high costs during Covid. Why she expect a larger country would do better in communication but typical state control / defense
