  1. Coz the Feds haven't flushed out all repos backed mortgages. Once the liquidity gets taken over by the bond buyers then they would price in the proper valuation.. they seem to have estimated that the Feds keep raising the rates in order to tame the inflation first and foremost.. if they buy now the bond will suffer a great loss. You should think the way these bondholders toe the lines economically.
