  1. This is nothing new I started framing in 1990 for a big time national builder, Pulte Homes, and the quality of the product being built was a complete joke. It’s all about numbers to them get ‘em up and sold as fast and cheap as possible. My suggestion to anyone looking to build or buy is hire a 3rd party inspector as early in the process as possible. It is amazing how much crap work gets buried behind drywall only to cause problems later.
