So Northern Europeans having the closest connection to the pre-Turkic (western) steppe I would say is still valid. Minoans while closest to Ashkenazi are still 3/4 Anatolian(so I guess that's why they're close to Europeans) and Iranian and Caucasian sources in origin(instead of steppe, EHG and WHG that Europeans have). Given their skin colour modelled from their genes is closest to Berbers and Levatines, Ashkenazi close affinity with Lebanese and the presence of Caucasian and Iranian genes in the Levant and Egypt while absent in Europe, I'll argued that's their most appropriate grouping. Europe proper did have the Venka and Trypillia-Cucuteni; tho, neither are Indo-European which doesn't support the position of the maker of the video.

There's literally still a mountain names "Yun sian" in Yunnan today. And no people group from there in Chinese history is names "Yunnan", it has always just been a place name.
