  1.  @joshjones1503  maybe by modern definitions of fascism defined by socialists and liberals but fascism, the ideology that came out of Italy in the interwar period was a distinct and independent ideology from the nationalist socialism that came out of germany.

  3.  @czar6203  What about nationalist socialists and I am not talking of NAZIs but pre-Fascist Italian socialists that believed in the concept of a proletarian nation against the imperial powers. Similar ideas are in like African socialist nations as well and arguably, China.
