The Islamic world is literally called "The Islamic world" and this is no coindedence, since the first Caliphates Muslim Historians have been putting forth the idea of a unified Islamic world, the House of Islam. Islamic civilization is called Islamic Civilization and European Civilization is called European Civilization not Christian Civilization, that's why its the European Slave trade, not the Christian slave trade.
