Literally because no one wants to known as the son of the god of the underworld. Pretty sure Thatanos, god of death also doesn't have anyone claiming decent from him. Zeus, Poseidon and the rest have these stories because everyone wants to be the child of a god, especially a chief god. However, this only explains why Hades didn't fuck any morals, it doesn't explain why he also didn't fuck around with gods, supernatural creatures or mortal men.
