Dude, he's a literal doctor of pyschology, like I get being skeptical of him but they are quoting him on a field that he has studied on for like 20 years

@fluffynator6222 so the only thing you wrote here that is actually a criticism is the diet thing and so what?. That is outside a his main field of expertise or is there anyone that is a master at every facet of life?.

@fluffynator6222 I don't think it is obvious and the only thing he seems to be trying to sell people are his psychiatry/psychology and anti-autoritarianism. Alot of people in order to support their argument like Martin Bernal did it in relation to linguistics in his arguments in "Black Athena". Resting on the works of other people to make your full argument isn't some moral failing, it is standard academic work. If this is still the diet thing, I last watched the guy like 2 or 3 years ago when he first it and I never saw a video where he mentions it until the Joe Rogan interview and in that case he mentioned it because he was asked specifically about it. That sounds very different from him selling his life style to me.
