'Auwtchie-Time' My fully, totally uneducated guess: Amongh the deadly toys, some nasty Anti-Ship missile systems to - among other things - neutralize Russia's ability to send more cruise missiles towards Ukraine' cities from The Black Sea fleet. A good reason to keep that under wraps. IF that is the case, the Russians are in for an unpleasant flashback to 1905, when Japan, thought too primitive and ill-equipped by the Russians, basically nixed the Czar's navy and whacked Russia but good.. THAT would be fun.
