If the people are scattered around the target, everyone firing at the same time, there will be bullets at all directions, also ricocheting bullets, it is just physics. there will be collateral damage.

@lordfuckface8015 I never said we should stop all people from owning guns. I only said we could stop bad people, sick people, or people who do not deserve it, from owning guns.
