@avithemostill People are constantly afraid of what they can't understand and when somebody is trying to help and do their job while an autocrat says nothing is happening and an entire political party claims there is nothing to see, denying factual science, it becomes a very difficult frustrating job for a medical professional. I tell my sons I wish I had the drive and resistance to work pass all that like Fauci has done, and not just simply give up and look for a less stressful place to work. It must have been some very long tough years for Fauci. He has succeeded despite politics to do what he was hired to do and in the end he managed to keep his position, his good reputation, and a great place in history as the person who gave his all to protect the rest of us. Meanwhile, the politicians who only cared for themselves were fired and forgotten.
