@danrothman6129 All I'm saying is that you're the one saying you can't blame Cipher, when it's entirely clear he is written as almost a purely villainous character. He's arrogant, he was creeping on women, and only displayed selfish tendencies, not caring for anyone else. And when he betrayed everyone, it was of his own will and not even under any kind of duress like the typical cliche is. And when he was doing it, he went full villain with the speeches, taunting and everything. The only argument for him is your comment interpreting him saying "he wanted to be someone important" as him wanting to be "apart of a community" rather than the obvious implication that he wants social status, power and fame. If it was about community, why wouldn't he mention other people. He got into his situation by taking the red pill, and showed no remorse and even enjoyment in killing people for his own selfish reasons.
I just think it's funny contrarian woke viewpoints can become popular no matter how lacking in common sense they are. It reminds me of the whole actually the Jedi are evil and the sith and empire were better nonsense.
