@jasemalvis2140 Defending the client here definitely isn't a part of the defense attorney's duty at all. As soon as it was suspected to be an active scene, it became the duty of law enforcement and not the justice system. Helping a felon in an active crime could make him culpable. Attorneys are smart enough to know this and will not disrupt law enforcement in an active scene.
