I mean we all know it's terrible authoritarian dictatorship and controls everyone's lives. That's not really the point of the video. Sure, everything is staged and gov't approved, but any glimpse into this country is valuable. They're just trying to be neutral to get more coverage later, since this won't actually change anyone's view on NK.

Finally someone that gets it. There are so many people in the comments who imply the video is promoting NK propaganda, but they're missing the point. I mean we all know it's terrible authoritarian dictatorship and controls everyone's lives. That's not really the point of the video. Sure, everything is staged and gov't approved, but any glimpse into this country is valuable. We can see in this that even though the workers are forced to say good things about the NK gov't, they are still people not robots.

Dude, this is probably the most preaching to the choir comment ever. Everyone in the world outside of NK knows South Korea is a developed country, you don't need to see Ferraris to know that. And the NK people who don't know can't read your comment because they don't have access to youtube over there. And yes, everyone knows why they're secretive too. They want to hide the horrors the gov't is doing from both the outside worlds and their own people.

I mean he's actually visiting as a journalist. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to do real journalism in NK with their gov't control. But this was an attempt at least.
