I get a bit of an itchy rash, but that's about it and I think that I have a much worse than normal reaction to it. That being said, I've never been licked over a wound and I'm curious WTF is wrong with people for allowing that. Just look at what dogs put in their mouths on top of just the different set of bacteria.

@jesusofbullets Yes, I considered getting vaccinated for it years ago because I was headed to an area with more rabies. But, the vaccine just allows you a little extra time before you start the regular course of shots to treat it, it doesn't prevent you from getting it and you're usually better of avoiding questionable animals in the first place.

RCKING97 It depends where they are in the infection. Early on you might not, but by the end you definitely would. If it was always obvious, rabies would have been erradicated many centuries ago.
