@47coffee If SCOTUS had any integrity over the last 30 years they would have put a stop to that. It made some sense allowing the government get information without a warrant by going through a 3rd party decades ago, but ever since the internet became popular and tons of information has been obtained by 3rd parties by questionable means, there should have been significant restrictions put into place as the current situation is effectively just as bad as not having warrants at all.
