This kind of thinking is why people don't really take women seriously. The reason you don't see more women leading is because more women aren't leading. You think it's great being a leader? Well, I tell you what, it's lonely at the top and it sucks being the person that's "responsible" when somebody comes by demanding to know who's responsible for whatever happened. It's much easier to just sit back and let somebody else make the decisions and take the blame if things don't work out. Women shouldn't be whining about this. Women have the privilege of not having to be at the top all the time. It's a lot of stress and work and you often get blamed for things that you can't reasonably have planned for.

Probably because that might actually solve the problem and if the problem is solved, then there's no more need for taking things away from the men that they're blaming.
