That's the thing, Biden is actually worse than Trump. His cabinet picks are worse and he's more likely to let the cabinet secretaries to do their jobs. Trump at least fights with his cabinet often enough that much less gets done than could be.

Based on Biden's picks for the various cabinet positions, Trump appears to be the lesser of two evils. Not just that, but why should the DNC establishment be rewarded for their work undermining the will of the people? It's clear from the polling and exit polling that the people support Bernie's policies by a significant margin. The only reason that Biden is winning is that the press lies about Biden's electability and cover for his obvious dementia.

Voting Green party or one of the other 3rd parties would at least potentially have some upside.

@lexiecove7203 Blame that on the DNC, they're using the SCOTUS picks as hostages to force people to vote for a candidate that won't do jack shit to help the American people out. He's even on record after his most recent wins as being so opposed to Medicare for all that he'll veto it, even if it gets past both the house and the senate. Where was this concern about Supreme Court picks when Obama was supposed to be able to nominate somebody to replace Scalia and the Republicans refused to even hold hearings? Not to mention when they did get to make picks, they chose moderate republicans to fill those vacancies? The only possible way that the people will ever win is if we stop playing this stupid game and punish the Democrats as many times as necessary in order to make them learn that their masters are the voters, not their donors.

That's the thing, if the voters don't punish the DNC for rigging primaries in the general election, then what's the consequence? Of course we should fight like hell in the primary, but if the primary is rigged, then why reward that with votes in the general election?
4
Cenk is making a huge mistake here. Fight like hell in the primary for the best possible candidate, but if the primary is rigged, then it makes precisely no sense to reward that with votes. If the candidate that won the primaries did so honestly, then fine, vote for them, but Biden is incapable of executing the duties of the office.
4
@lexiecove7203 They don't need to as their existence changes the narrative. Bernie had to get to 1991 delegates in order to win the primary, Biden and the other delegates just had to get a plurality or the ability to get other candidates delegates in the second ballot.

@neonspark707 So, I take it you're not in favor of Biden. He's had the whole thing handed to him. Sanders has at least earned some wins in primaries. Biden won one primary and then had most of the other candidates drop out and endorse him. He barely gets out on the stump and he won't debate Sanders. If you call that winning the primary, you're the kind of shill that's ruining the party.

Doesn't really matter. Whether you vote for Biden, Trump, somebody else or nobody, and Biden loses, the'll still blame us. But, the only way that we're getting out of this hostage crisis is if people stop voting for Democrats unless they run on a platform of helping the people. And then stick with it after winning election. Otherwise, what's the point? The court picks from both sides have sold us out at key moments, with the GOP picks being only slightly worse.

I urge you to consider voting for a 3rd party candidate. The Green party could really use those cast off votes as it could help them gain benefits that aren't currently available to them. Not to mention that there are several other parties out there that could also use more supporters. Last time I wrote Bernie in, but this time I'll likely vote for whatever 3rd party candidate is available, as long as they're not repugnant.

BIden is promising to take us backwards to where we were 4 years ago. That's not good enough. He's not just not going to fight for progress, he's going to veto progressive priorities if they do pass both the Senate and House. He's not acceptable as a candidate. Perhaps as a Republican, but certainly not as a Democrat.
3
@rwrocksteady You haven't seen his proposed picks to fill cabinet positions. He's likely to be even worse than Trump as he's going to leave more to the cabinet than Trump does and lack the cognitive ability to understand any of what's going on. Trump is a great fool and an imbecile, but at least he knows what office he's running for and where he is. The same cannot be said about Biden.
3
You don't need to be trained to see that Biden has dementia. Just look at his anger and how he forgets where he is and what he's doing. Not to mention that he frequently can't form sentences. He should be in a care facility rather than being run for President. This is probably taking years off his life and just accelerating the decline.

A leader can only lead people where they want to go. When Bernie is leading us towards medicare for all and other priorities, we'll follow him. But, if he tries to hand our votes over to Biden, there's no guarantee that we'll follow. I personally wrote him in for President last time and under no circumstance will I be voting for a demented candidate like Biden.
