  1. It's a problematic headline, but it's mostly black people spreading the rumor that black people can't swim. I don't think I've ever heard a white person make that assertion and I've heard it from several different black people that black people can't swim. Of course it's nonsense and there are even black Navy Seals, so clearly black people who know how to swim exist.
