And they don't seem to think that it's wrong that women are making such a large portion of the tipped income? That's just over 85% of the tips. Are women really working that many more hours in jobs that have tipping? The problem here is that tips themselves encourage all sorts of abusive practices. It's getting a bit old having people care because it's women, even though so very little is expected out of women. What about the people of color and the LGBTQ community that suffer when bigots withhold tips?
