  1. To be fair, he's not yet in office and the GOP is already trying to impeach him. Not that it makes it OK, but this whole situation is far beyond what you'd see in a farce.

  2. I think his argument is that he also said that the last stimulus package was a down payment on the stimulus package. But, that's rather lame and not something that normal voters should know, it's overly complicated and unnecessarily confusing.
