In reality, you need to be smart about it, Germany and much of Europe learned a lesson from WWII about privacy and is much more protective. On the downside, they don't have as broad a concept of freedom of speech as we do in the US, so you can expect to have the account shut down if you deviate from their concept of freedom of speech or even have a warrant issued.
