  1. This is why billionaires should be prevented from owning these sorts of companies or boarding those space craft. They caused the problem and are now trying to flee. It's rather appropriate that the rats want to leave the sinking ship.

  2. It must be a woman running that. My wife will go from complete denial about their being a problem to being so freaked out about it that she won't do anything at all to address it. Conveniently skipping the part where she takes any sort of responsibility or does anything at all to address the obvious problem.

  3. I can't really blame them, even when we think we're voting for politicians that are going to address the problem, we don't get anything beyond the most meager or half-measures. That's assuming that we even get a say in the leader.

  4. That's the thing, if we had taken it seriously back in the '70s when it was obvious that we were going to have a problem, the sacrifices involved wouldn't have been particularly difficult. But, now we're going to need advanced technology, to cut back drastically and it likely still won't be enough. I hate humanity. fewer than 100 companies account for the vast majority of the problem, but they won't be held accountable for causing this catastrophe.
